I need someone to write a PHP page to handle Instant Payment Notification (IPN) from PayPal and insert records into a database and email customers (on successful IPN processing). This is part 1 of a many part project. Assuming you do a good job on this one, I’ll have future work for you. We have a classic ASP site that we are redeploying in PHP (in parts). The first part of the project (this part) is to create a PHP page to handle our IPN. Please read the attached specifications before bidding, and make sure that the bid that you submit accurately represents what will be required to complete the work. No changes in bids or scope will be entertained after the bid is accepted and the work starts.
I will give access to our staging php server and database credentials for testing after the bid is accepted.
